Refund policy

We want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within five days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:
    •    The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
    •    Tags, packaging, and any included accessories must be intact.
    •    Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

Please note: Final Sale items, gift cards, and custom-made or personalized products are not eligible for return.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g. incorrect or damaged item).

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like to replace an item, please return the original and place a new order.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your item is safely returned.
