Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order ships.

Shipping Options & Estimated Delivery


    •    Standard Shipping (U.S.): 7-10 business days
    •    Express Shipping (U.S.): 5-7 business days
    •    International Shipping: 7–21 business days, depending on location

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, holidays, or customs processing.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide. Please be aware that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees, which are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the shipping cost. Nu is not responsible for any delays caused by customs.

Order Tracking

Lost or Delayed Packages

We are not responsible for packages lost or delayed in transit. If your package is marked as “delivered” but you have not received it, please contact the carrier directly. We will do our best to assist in resolving the issue.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
